ACHTUNG :

Ein direkter Anschluß des B202 an der PR99
beschädigt die PR99 Elektronik !
Das ist tückisch: Obwohl der 9pol Stecker direkt paßt, wird die PR99 intern überlastet und ein Transistor wird beschädigt.

Um dennoch die Infrarot-Fernsteuerung an der PR99 zu betreiben, wird die Betriebsspannung für den B202
von der benachbarten  "Fader Start" Buchse bezogen.
Damit funktioniert die Remote Control mit dem B202
an der PR99  alle MK.
ATTENTION :

Do not attempt to connect the B202 without the PIEVOX adapter  to the PR99 !
You will damage the electronic inside the PR99 !
This is a trap: The 9pol connector fits, but inside the   PR99 a transistor will get hot and burns.

For save use of the B202 Infrared-Remote receiver with the  PR99 one have to supply the B202
from the  "Fader Start" socket beside the remote socket.

Dieser bewährte Adapter ermöglicht die Verwendung des Revox Infrarot-Empfängers B202 an allen Modellen der Revox PR99 ohne Änderungen an den Geräten. 

Zum Adapter benötigen Sie noch den Revox B202 Remote-Empfänger.

Als Fernsteuer-Sender sind die Revox B201/ B205/ B208 geeignet.

Wenn Sie auch die Pausefunktion der PR99 nutzen möchten,   
ist die PIEVOX Pause Memory als einsteckbares Zubehörteil erhältlich.

Damit ist auch die Pause während Aufnahme möglich, d.h. die PR99 bleibt im REC-mode.
Das funktioniert bei der PIEVOX Pause memory  auch mit der Infrarot -Remote  der PR99 !

Es sind keine Änderungen an der PR99 erforderlich, somit behält  die PR99 ihren Originalwert.

Der Adapter ist werthaltig und verbraucht sich nicht, behält also auch seinen Wert.

The use of your B202 IR receiver for Revox infrared controlling your PR99 recorder is simply by connecting the adapter between the PR99 and the B202.

  • If you want to use the pause button there is a dedicated plug in module available.
    The pause function of the PR99 is then to control by local buttons as well by remote!
    Also "pause in record mode" while Pause keeping record mode active is possible!

Plug the B202 in the socket of the adapter

Plug the black connector of the adapter in the remote socket on the PR99, plug the grey connector in the fader socket. Done!

Now you can control your PR99 from the local keys and the Revox infrared controller B201/ B205/ B208
